Low power, 1.7MHz, rail-to-rail output, 36V operational amplifier
The TSB622 is a general purpose dual operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also offers an excellent speed to power-consumption ratio, with 1.7 MHz gain bandwidth product for less than 375 μA consumption per operator at 36V supply voltage.
The TSB622 operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making this device ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification.
