Developed in multi-epitaxial planar technology, this NPN Darlington transistor is specifically designed for use as an electronic ignition power actuator in an automotive environment. However, its ruggedness makes it a good solution for power actuators in any operating condition.
With a collector-emitter voltage (VCES) of 500 V and a collector current (IC) of 15 A, it is available in TO-220 (BU931T) and TO-247 (BU931P) packages.
