EVALSTPM-3PHISOは、低コストのシャント電流センサを備えた完全な3相エネルギー･メータを実装した評価ボードです。

24bit 二次デルタ･シグマ･モジュレータを2チャネル搭載したSTPMS2をベースにし、分圧器とシャント電流センサを通じて各相の電圧と電流を測定します。センサ回路と基板レイアウトは、優れたノイズ耐性および信号ノイズ比を実現するように最適化されているため、高精度の測定に貢献します。

STPMS2は、マイクロコントローラ（マイコン）によって同期され分配された4MHzクロックを使用して信号をオーバーサンプリングし、電圧と電流のデルタ･シグマ･ビットストリームを単一のピンに多重化して出力します。

STPMS2モジュレータとマイコン間の2線通信は、STISO621W（6kVガルバニック絶縁インタフェース）によって絶縁されており、100Mbpsの最大レートと低いパルス・ディストーション（3ns未満）により、絶縁ドメイン間の安全で高速なデータ転送が実現されます。

ソリューションに組み込まれたファームウェアは、STM32F413RHマイコンに搭載されたDFSDMフィルタを活用して、6つのビットストリームを200µsのレートで24bitの電圧および電流データに変換します。また、すべての計測パラメータが200µsごとにリアルタイムで演算されます。

有効電力および無効電力パルス発生用に2つのLEDが用意されています。

さらに、ファームウェアには仮想COMポート通信が実装されているため、計測データの読み込みや、内部設定の変更による柔軟性の向上が可能です。また、ボードのキャリブレーションにも対応可能です。

    • 各相および累積の有効広帯域電力、有効固有電力、無効および皮相電力 / エネルギーを計算
    • 3相の有効 / 皮相電力測定で、IEC 62053-22による精度クラス0.5
    • 3相の無効電力測定で、IEC 62053-21による精度クラス1
    • 6チャネルの電圧および電流のデシメートされたサンプル（200µs）
    • 測定帯域幅: 5kHz
    • 各電圧と電流信号のRMSおよびTHD（オプション）の計算
    • 選択可能なDC測定用のハイ･パス･フィルタ
    • 各相のライン周期と位相シフトの測定
    • 相電圧の遅延
    • 完全なキャリブレーション（DC測定の振幅 / パワー･オフセット / サンプル･オフセット）
    • パルス出力用の設定可能なLED x2
    • シェル･コマンドによる仮想COMポート･モードでの、USB経由の通信
    • 8mmの沿面距離と空間距離をもつ位相間6kVガルバニック絶縁
