With its higher voltage immunity of 1500 V/μs, 1400 V peak voltage and 400 A surge current rating, the TN4050HA-12GY enables compact inrush current limiter designs in on-board chargers, charging stations, UPS and motor drives.

AEC-Q101 qualified and PAPP eligible, this robust SCR is available in a D²PAK SMD package ideal for higher power compact SMD designs, enabling compact, high-power designs on standard or insulated metal substrate boards.
