WISH | Women in Semiconductor Hardware is the flagship technical conference of GSA WLI, bringing together industry luminaries, entrepreneurs, and university women in STEM. In addition to scientific presentations, the event will highlight talents by celebrating three awards dedicated to exceptional women who are advancing women’s careers through leading by example.
ST - a member of GSA and an active member in GSA-WLI since 2021 - will have an active role with scientific presentations on the latest trends in semiconductor hardware and will celebrate Aradhana KUMARI, a young ST talent from India, who is currently a finalist for the Female Up & Comer Award. ST is proud to announce that Aradhana Kumari is our finalist for the ‘Female Up & Comer Award’ organized by GSAW WLI at WISH, which recognizes and profiles the next generation of young women in the semiconductor industry. This award is dedicated to women with a technical background and education within their organization, who have been in the industry for five years or less and have made exceptional contributions toward its development, innovation, growth, and success in a short time. Technical Leaders
Aradhana is a Technical Leader in the Technology & Design Platform group at STMicroelectronics. She is a digital designer primarily responsible for the design of high-speed link controllers and digital calibration of time-interleaved ADCs. She has contributed to innovations in ST products which has resulted in multiple US patent filings and publications in major international conferences.
