PCB assembly and testing
EKTOS' Electronic Manufacturing Service has been delivering PCB assemblies that comply with the world's highest soldering quality standard - IPC-A-610 class 2 and 3 - for years now. In addition to conventional PCB assembly, we offer to test PCBAs according to customer specifications. This is done using custom-made rigs or an EKTOS-developed automated Product Test System (PTS), which allows for fast and efficient testing of essential features chosen by customers and ensures very affordable CAPEX during the product market intro phase.
EKTOS has a conventional electronics, medico, and power electronics assembly specialization.
- Medico: EKTOS is an ISO13485-certified company that is capable of PCB level and whole product level assembly services. Ensuring a dust-free assembly zone allows to assembly of demanding products.
- Power: EKTOS has a variety of tools and techniques to assemble high-power electronics (up to 30 kW) including test-benches, electrical training facilities, etc.
EKTOS offers the whole cycle of electronics manufacturing: from the components sourcing to the box-build assembly, end-of-line testing, and packaging and marketing materials print-out.
