ST’s Bouskoura site is one of the world's most advanced chip packaging and testing facilities, employing about 4,000 skilled workers. It supplies products in a variety of packages to industries with the highest quality requirements, serving a wide range of customers in the automotive and industrial markets.
Advanced manufacturing technologies
ST's Bouskoura facilities implement many advancements of Industry 4.0. This includes mixed reality headsets used for remote maintenance, as well as autonomous intelligent vehicles that operates safely alongside people in the factories. We also use Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques for predictive maintenance of our production equipment.

Blood donation campaign
In 2024, ST's Bouskoura site, in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Center of Casablanca, hosted a blood donation campaign. Over 750 donors among our employees and suppliers participated, demonstrating our commitment to community health and solidarity. This initiative helped save lives and fostered a sense of social responsibility within our organization.
STEM at summer camp
During 2024, at the summer camp in Imi Ouaddar, ST's Bouskoura site organized two days of introduction to STEM disciplines for over 100 children. The young participants showed great enthusiasm as they engaged in various practical exercises, including an exciting session with a Martian robot. This initiative successfully sparked an interest in science and technology among the children.

Renewable energy sourcing
As part of our move towards more renewable energy sourcing, our Bouskoura site has a purchase agreement for electricity produced by 12 wind turbines. In 2023, these turbines supplied more than 45% of the power used by the site, avoiding around 30,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions. The site also hosts a photovoltaic carport with more than 7,000 m² of solar panels.
Better work-life balance with on-site nursery
ST's Bouskoura site hosts a nursery, offering a convenient way for our employees to balance work and family life. The nursery can welcome 40 children from 3 months to 4 years old and spans over 450 m² that includes a playground and garden. The nursery is managed by highly qualified professionals and is equipped with facilities that meet the most advanced standards.
