TSU111H - TSU111IY - TSU112IY : automotive ultra-low op amps

For battery-powered and energy harvesting applications, the TSU111H (single high temperature) TSU111IY (single high accuracy) and TSU112IY (dual high accuracy) operational amplifiers offer ultralow 920 nA typical and 1.3 µA maximum power consumption per channel when supplied 3.3 V (for TSU111IY and TSU112IY) and 1.7 µA typical and 2.4 µA maximum when supplied 1.8 V (for TSU111H).

The high accuracy of 150 µV max. and 11.5 kHz gain bandwidth for the TSU11x and 150 µV max. and 9 kHz for the TSU111IY and TSU112IY make them ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery-powered, and portable applications. This product family is efficiently supplied by a coin type lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications.
