Quad-channel high-side drivers with current sense analog feedback for automotive applications

Smart switches with embedded protection and low voltage operation in PowerSSO-16 package

Based on ST's proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology, these state-of-the-art automotive high-side switches are designed to drive 12 V grounded loads through a 3 V and 5 V CMOS-compatible interface. In addition to embedded protective functions such as load current limitation, overload active management by power limitation and overtemperature shutdown with configurable latch-off, these smart devices include a dedicated multifunction multiplexed analog output pin for advanced diagnostics.

VNQ9025AJ and VNQ9080AJ are tailored for different loads, featuring typical on-resistance values equal to 25 mΩ, 86 mΩ, respectively.
