Industrial Summit Goes On Online Tour Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Each person who attends the ST Industrial Summit Goes On Tour 2022 Virtual Webinars on Power & Energy session on April 21, Motor Control session on April 28 and Automation on May 5, 2022 will get the chance to win one (1) Apple iPhone SE, 64 GB respectively. 1 Apple iPhone SE, 64GB will be sent out per each webinar session mentioned above.
2. Employees, officers, and directors of STMicroelectronics, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, officer and director and government employees are not eligible in this activity.
3. The prize winner will be selected after each session of ST Industrial Summit Goes On Tour 2022 Virtual Webinars. There will be one (1) winner selected for 1 session, based on his/her attendance and participation in the webinar with the highest engagement score calculated and generated from the webinar platform automatically.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the STMicroelectronics sole discretion. STMicroelectronics reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal value if the Apple iPhone SE, 64GB should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Each Participant will be allocated only one chance per attendance.
5. If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the activity or ineligible to receive the prize, STMicroelectronics reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize at its discretion and confer the same on any other person whom may be selected by STMicroelectronics in any manner as STMicroelectronics deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from STMicroelectronics should the prize be forfeited.
6. The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of STMicroelectronics relating to the activity and agrees that STMicroelectronics may publicize the name and/or photograph of each winner in such mode and manner as STMicroelectronics considers fit.
7. For Public Sector (government) entrants, if the prize is won by a government official or employee, the Organizer will consider the Prize as an "agency donation" directly to the winner's agency or department, not to the individual winner, in compliance with the rules and regulations of that agency or department.
8. The results of the activity will be published in post event email sent by STMicroelectronics within 1 week after the webinar. The Winners will also be notified by their emails provided at registration. The appointed agent from STMicroelectronics will contact the Winners by email and this is the Winner responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. The Winners will be asked to sign upon on recipient of the prize, and if Winners refuse to sign for receipt, their rights to claim this prize will be removed.
9. The Organizer shall accept no responsibility for not being able to contact the Winner or unsuccessful delivery of email and delivery of prize in case the Winner provided an inaccurate piece of information.
10. STMicroelectronics’ decision on all matters relating to these webinars and activity will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional material relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions will prevail.
11. STMicroelectronics reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this activity or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw.
12. STMicroelectronics shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the activity, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
