Nanopower, high-accuracy 5V op amps for low-power automotive applications

Offering very high accuracy and ultra-low power consumption with a supply voltage range of 1.5 to 5.5 V, the AEC-Q100-qualified TSU111IY and TSU112IY op amps can be efficiently supplied by a coin-type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power automotive applications including sensor signal conditioning, and battery management systems as well as wireless and on-board chargers (OBC).

AEC-Q100 qualified high temperature (150°C) and long mission profile operational amplifier

The TSU111H is an automotive grade op amp with high accuracy, ultralow power consumption, and 23 kHz gain bandwidth.
Packaged in a SOT23-5, the TSU111H is suitable for sensor signal conditioning, battery management systems, On Board Chargers (OBC), and wireless chargers.

TSU11 series: nanopower (900 nA), high-accuracy (150 µV) op amps

The TSU111 (single-channel) TSU112 (dual) and TSU114 (quad) operational amplifiers offer an ultra-low power consumption per channel of 900 nA (typical) and 1.2 µA (maximum) when supplied by 3.3 V.

Combined with a supply voltage range of 1.5 to 5.5 V, these features allow the TSU11 series to be efficiently supplied by a coin-type Lithium battery or a regulated voltage in low-power applications.

The high accuracy of 150 µV (maximum) max. and 11.5 kHz gain bandwidth make these op amps ideal for sensor signal conditioning, battery-supplied or energy-harvesting applications.

TSZ12 series: ultra precision and low-power op amp for IoT applications

ST’s zero-drift op amps ideal choice for sensor and control interfaces in a wide range of battery-powered IoT applications.

The devices operate from 1.8V to 5.5V, with quiescent current below 40μA at 5V, gain-bandwidth product of 400kHz, and ultra-low input bias current.

  • The single-channel TSZ121 is pin- and package-compatible with comparable devices from other manufacturers.
  • The dual-channel TSZ122 offers popular MiniSO-8 and SO-8 packages plus the option of a miniature 2mm x 2mm DFN8.
  • The TSZ124 quad op amp in TSSOP-14 and 3mm x 3mm QFN16

The devices provide the industry’s broadest choice of zero-drift op amps.
