SPC56 D line of general-purpose automotive microcontrollers
Designed for automotive applications that are migrating from an 8-bit to 32-bit solution, ST's D line of SPC56 (Bolero) 32-bit Power Architecture® microcontrollers are the entry-level line of the SPC56 series.
They combine small package and memory footprints with features such as 12-bit ADCs. They offer a solution for real-time car lights, generic load diagnostics and low-power standby mode with fast wake-up capability.
SPC56 D line microcontrollers feature:
- Single e200z0 core @ 48 MHz
- Up to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory with ECC and up to 16 Kbytes of RAM with ECC
- ADC and 1 CAN
