The SPC58 Chorus 4B Line is part of our 32-bit General-Purpose Automotive Power Architecture® MCU portfolio designed for body, networking and convenience applications. It can be used for secure on-board communication systems in connected vehicles.
The SPC58 Chorus 4B Line provides a 120 MHz core with up to 2 Mbytes of Flash memory with ECC and is pin-to-pin compatible with SPC58 2B, C, G and H Line automotive microcontrollers.
The SPC58 4B Line supports the ASIL B safety standard and enhances the SPC58 2B Line by providing increased processing and memory as well as a hardware security module (HSM) for EVITA compliancy and Ethernet.
MCUs are available in multiple packages ranging from 64-, 100- and 144-pin TQFP packages with exposed pads for high dissipation efficiency up to a 176-pin LQFP package with exposed pads.
