ZEROPOWER M48Zxx series ranges from 16 Kbit to 256 Kbit and works with a 5V 8-bit parallel bus with two types of packaging available. You can choose between a fully integrated solution in a PDIP 24 or PDIP 28 package that includes a Li-Ion disposable battery (compliant with regulation EU2023/1542) or a surface-mount SOIC package SOH28 that works combined with SNAPHAT removable/replaceable battery modules (M4Z28-BR00SH1 and M4Z32-BR00SH1).
