STPOWER logo

ACEPACK power modules come in a variety of topologies and form factors to cover a wide range of automotive and industrial applications.

Our large product portfolio allows you to choose the right power converter topology for your application. For the automotive market, ACEPACK modules are tailored for main traction inverters, OBC, DC-DC and AC-DC converters, HVAC, and climate control. For industrial, the modules offer significant benefits in charging stations, solar inverters, UPS, and motor drive applications.

ACEPACK power modules are easy to implement thanks to their highly reliable and compact all-in-one design that ensures very high power density and reduced time to market.

The state-of-art power switches and other ACEPACK features ensure that our power modules offer the best compromise between conduction and switching energies to maximize the efficiency of any converter system, from a few kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts.

The power modules are based on proven SiC MOSFET, IGBT, and diode technologies. Different pinout solutions are available to improve flexibility and the choice between Press-FIT and soldered pin connection facilitates assembly.

ACEPACK power modules are based on different layers, including a copper-ceramic-copper substrate that allows high flexibility in converter topologies and optimizes driving and power loops. The substrate ensures electrical insulation and guarantees very low thermal resistance.

ACEPACK power modules are part of the STPOWER family.
