Greater efficiency with VIPower™

The need for increased efficiency, diagnostics and smarter power distribution has led ST Intelligent Power Switches based on our proprietary VIPower™ technology. These, combined with an automotive grade 32-bit SPC58 MCU not only provide power and protection for sensitive components such as audio systems they also provide valuable diagnostic and maintenance information, combined with a level of security that protects the power distribution from unwanted interference.

ST has a very wide offer of intelligent power switches (IPS) based on our proprietary VIPower™ technology that provide low ohmic losses and a set of protection and diagnostics features to ease the design of vehicle power distribution systems.
