Ultrafast Low VF (200V - 400V)

ST’s low V _F , 200 to 400 V ultrafast diodes were designed with a priority on V _F to minimize conduction losses, while the diodes remain fast enough to belong to the ultrafast category of diodes. In this way, these low V _F diodes perfectly fit applications where the switching frequency is counted in tens of kilohertz.
