RF power transistor eval boards

ST provides a series of single and two-stage DMOS and LDMOS RF power transistor evaluation boards. Covering the 1 to 2000 MHz frequency band and 1 W to 700 W power level, they help evaluate features and performance of the selected product. They also can be implemented as power amplifier example design in your final application to reduce development time and cost.
