Bringing Cellular IoT to the Mass Market
|
Hosted by GlobalSpec Engineering 360, this one-hour webinar brings together the industry leaders in cellular IoT. Murata, Sony-Altair, STMicroelectronics, and Truphone will review the trends in cellular IoT and give you insights into new applications. With the external antenna power supply and peripheral devices integrated into Murata’s ultra-small Type 1SE LTE Cat M/NB Module, it provides a turnkey solution to build an IoT device with cellular connectivity.
We will explain how the 1SE module is certified as a host device for easy integration with different types of applications. We will also present ST’s latest all-in-one B-L462E-CELL1 discovery board, which is based on Murata’s 1SE module and powered by an STM32L4 MCU and ST4SIM eSIM, so you can learn how to quickly develop smart applications using STM32 development tools, including X-CUBE-CELLULAR STM32Cube expansion software, and ST4SIM with free of charge data plan connectivity.
Target applications for the 1SE module include various IoT applications, such as smart energy devices (e.g. meters), smart cities, smart buildings, smart homes, tracking, agriculture and sensor networks.
Key Takeaways
- Discover the features of the new Murata Type 1SE LTE Cat M/NB Module
- Learn about the unique benefits of the 1SE module
- Gather key points to know about how to use 1SE – Certification
- Learn how to benefit from the key features of the all-in-one B-L462E-CELL1 discovery board and X-CUBE-CELLULAR STM32Cube expansion software
