STの3象限1200Vトライアックは、過渡電圧耐性をもち、産業用の3相機器向けの製品です。
STの3象限 / 4象限600V～800Vトライアックには、0.8A～40Aの電流定格、および5mA～50mAのゲート･オプションを持つ製品が含まれ、表面実装型SMBフラットや堅牢なセラミック絶縁型TOP-3パッケージ（T2650-6PF / T4050-6PF）で提供されます。
ダイアックは、調光器のトライアックの電流制御を行うほか、電球型蛍光ランプ（CFL）、チューブ･ランプ（TL）、およびLED照明などにおける照明バラストの起動トリガとして使用されます。
