PFC(力率改善)コントローラ

STのPFC(力率改善)コントローラは、遷移モード(TM)と連続電流モード(CCM)で動作し、広範な電源の運用に適しています。CCMモードにおける高い電流性能と、遷移モードにおける低~中電力性能の両方を必要とするシステム向けに、STは特許を取得した独自ソリューションに基づく固定オフ・タイム(FOT)を提案しています。FOTは標準的な遷移モードPFCコントローラによる動作に簡単な変更と受動部品を加えたもので、少ないコストで実現します。

遷移モードPFCコントローラは全て、内部の総高調波歪率(THD)を大幅に減少させる内部乗算器を持っているため、高いSMPS効率によってEN61000-3-2やその他の省エネルギー規制に適合しています。

これらのデバイスには、SMPSの堅牢性を高め、小型化する先進的な保護機能が組み込まれているため、ほとんど外部部品を必要としません。また、保護機能には出力過電圧保護、電圧低下保護、フィードバック切断保護、およびブースト・インダクタ飽和保護が含まれます。

L6564HとL6563Hの高電圧起動機能は、補助電源を持たないシステムのSMPSスタンバイ効率を向上させます。

Configurable high-efficiency interleaved PFC digital controller

ST has extended its portfolio of digital controllers with the STNRGPF01, a three-channel interleaved CCM PFC controller. Ideal for high power applications (above 1 kW), it delivers the flexibility and high efficiency of digital power without the technical challenges and time to develop custom DSP code. It can be easily and quickly configured using ST’s eDesignSuite online design environment. Simply enter the converter specs and run the configurator to generate the schematic, BoM, and downloadable firmware to configure the IC.
