概要

DCP3601は、入力電圧範囲が広く、使いやすい同期整流降圧コンバータで、最大1Aの負荷電流の駆動が可能です。入力電圧範囲は3.3Vから36Vまでと広く、幅広い産業用アプリケーションに最適です。

1MHzの固定スイッチング周波数で動作するため小型インダクタの使用が可能で、ソリューション･サイズを最適化できます。

EMI性能を高めるスイッチング周波数ディザリングをオプションで搭載できます。

ソフトスタート回路、過電流保護回路、過熱保護、出力過電圧保護など、ピーク電流モード･アーキテクチャに基づいており、SOT23-6Lパッケージで提供されます。

    • 600mA負荷（VIN = 24V、VOUT = 5V）に対し、88%の変換効率（代表値）
    • 600mA負荷（VIN = 12V、VOUT = 5V）に対し、91%の変換効率（代表値）
    • 入力電圧範囲3.3V～36Vで動作
    • 出力電流能力：最大1A
    • 110µAの入力静止電流
    • 1MHzの固定スイッチング周波数
    • 同期整流
    • コンペンセーション･ネットワーク内蔵
    • ピーク電流モード制御
