概要

LM4040は、産業用温度範囲（-40℃～+125℃）および最大温度係数（70ppm/℃）で安定した出力電圧を提供できる、低電力かつ高精度なシャント電圧リファレンスです。0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1%の初期精度バージョンがご用意されています。SOT323-5LおよびSOT23-3Lパッケージは、スペースの節約が求められるアプリケーション向けに適しています。動作電流が非常に低いことは、電力が制限される設計において重要なメリットとなります。LM4040は、非常に安定しており、広範囲なアプリケーション条件で使用可能です。

    • 2.048V、2.5V、3.0V、4.096V、および5.0Vの固定出力電圧
    • 超低動作電流：25℃で10µA
    • 25℃での高精度：+/-0.1%（LM4040A）、+/-0.2%（LM4040B）、 +/-0.5%（LM4040C）、+/-1%（LM4040D）
    • 非常に低いLFノイズ：10µ Vp-p（Typ.）
    • 容量性負荷で使用した際の安定性
    • 産業用温度範囲（-40℃～+125℃）
