阻止耐圧は600Vで、さらに大きな過渡過電圧に対してさらに高いクランプやクローバ機能を備えています。SO-8、SO-20、SOT-223、またはTO-92パッケージで供給されます。

The ACS108-8SP is an overvoltage protected AC Switch 0.8 A - 800 V in SOT223-2L high creepage package. This high performance switch can control a load of up to 0.8 A. This device switch includes an overvoltage crowbar structure to absorb the inductive turn-off energy, and a gate level shifter driver to separate the digital controller from the main switch. It is triggered with a negative gate current flowing out of the gate pin.
