製品概要
概要
TSC200はアナログ電圧出力を備えたハイサイド検出用電流センス･アンプです。電源電圧から独立して、-16V～+80Vの幅広いコモン･モード電圧にわたり、シャント抵抗を用いて電流を検出することが可能です。20V/Vの固定ゲインで利用できます。
TSC200では、出力ラッチ機能を搭載したオープン･ドレイン･コンパレータと0.6Vのリファレンス電圧が内蔵されています。そのため、外付け抵抗分圧器でしきい値を設定できます。
この製品は、2.7V～18Vの広範な電源電圧範囲に対応し、-40℃～+125℃の産業機器向けの温度範囲に適応しています。
