The camera module is designed to work with 158° and 79° lenses, making it a versatile choice for various imaging applications. It has a 0.5MP Pixel and features a 2.16µm MOOM global shutter.
The camera module is based on an advanced global shutter 2D imaging sensor with 800x700 resolution, which is compact in size. It uses compact global shutter technology (40 nm/65 nm) and has a high-performance 2.16 μm x 2.16 μm BSI deep CDTI pixel. It also has the smallest global shutter 804x704 pixels with a 5.9 mm2 footprint, and a die size of only 2.7 mm x 2.2 mm, which is smaller than VGA equivalents.
The camera module has a small pixel array size of 1.73 mm x 1.73 mm and an optical format of 1/10" with 600x600 crop. It also features spatial HDR, which enables 90dB+ without frame ghosting or latency. The camera module has very low power consumption, with 800x700 (full IQ, 5 msec exposure) at 7 mW at 10 fps and 35 mW at 48 fps, and 640x480 (full IQ, 5 msec exposure) at 6 mW at 10 fps and 29 mW at 48 fps.
The camera module also features a disruptive I3C interface, which is 10 times faster than the control interface and fully backward compatible with I²C. It has an I3C image output in parallel of CSI-2 (10 fps at 320x240 or 5 fps at 400x400) and an advanced raw ISP.
