概要

HVLED101は、主に出力電力が最大180Wの高力率(HPF)フライバック・トポロジまたはバックブースト・トポロジを制御することができる、強化されたピーク電流モード・コントローラです。バック、ブースト、SEPICなどのその他の一部のトポロジでも対応できます。出力電圧の1次側レギュレーションとフォトカプラの制御をチップ上で独立して機能させることで、無負荷状態において、正確なレギュレーションと超低スタンバイ電力の両方を実現出来ます。革新的なST高電圧テクノロジーでは、HVLED101を入力電圧に直接接続して、外付け部品なしでデバイスの起動と入力電圧のモニタリングの両方を実行することができます。内蔵のバレー・ロッキング機能が、中 / 低負荷動作時のノイズ低減動作を保証します。また最大電力制御により、ユーザがプログラム可能なレベルに入力電力を制限して、コンバータの安全性を高めることができます。オープン回路、出力短絡、入力過電圧 / 減電圧などの異常状態と、メイン・スイッチのオープン・ループや過電流などの回路異常が、効果的に制御されます。スマート自動再起動タイマ(ART)機能が、信頼性を損なうことなく、アプリケーションの自動リカバリを保証します。
