SCTL35N65G2Vは、STの先進的かつ革新的な第2世代SiC MOSFETテクノロジーを使用して開発されたSiC（シリコン･カーバイド）パワーMOSFETです。きわめて低いオン抵抗（単位面積あたり）と優れたスイッチング性能を備え、接合部温度に対して安定したスイッチング損失を特徴とします。
