概要

ST25R200汎用NFCトランシーバは、4mm x 4mmの小型パッケージで高性能を実現し、非接触通信の利便性と機能をさまざまなエンド･アプリケーションに提供します。特にコンスーマ向けと産業向けの最終製品に最適化されたICです。

ST25R200はNFCリーダライタ･モードをサポートしています。高出力なので、小型アンテナのアプリケーションに簡単に組み込むことができます。このリーダライタICは読取り範囲が優れており、改良された低消費電力カード検出（LPCD）が搭載され、誘導ウェイクアップ･モードでの検出範囲が拡大されています。低消費電力ウェイクアップ･モードに入ると、NFCリーダライタのシステムはタグの接近や離脱を検知できます。このICはRCオシレータとプログラム可能なタイマを内蔵しており、ウェイクアップモード時にカードやスマートウォッチや電話機のような他のNFC対応デバイスを自動的にスキャンします。

STのノイズ抑制レシーバ（NSR）テクノロジーに支えられた高感度ICですので、ノイズの多い環境でも読取りを成功させます。

高度なアナログ･フロントエンド（AFE）と、NFC-A/B（ISO14443A/B）およびNFC-V（ISO15693）用の高集積のデータ･フレーミング･システムを搭載し、カードを読み取ります。アナログ･フロントエンドのトランスペアレント･モードは、リーダ･モードで他のカスタム･プロトコルを実装するために使用できます。

本ICは、コンパクトな4mm x 4mmの24ピンTQFNパッケージで提供され、小型デバイスへのNFCテクノロジーの統合を可能にします。

本製品は、-40℃から+85℃までの広い周囲動作温度範囲内で、広い電源範囲（2.7V～5.5V）と広いペリフェラルI/O電圧範囲（2.7V～5.5V）で動作するように設計されています。
