- OctaFlashTM is an 8-I/Os ultra-high read performance NVM. OctaFlashTM is based on reliable NOR technology and is operating up to 500 MB/s (250 MHz)
- OctaBusTM is the generic interface name that comprehends also OctaRAMTM PSRAM products, which are produced by our partners. OctaBusTM is compatible with xSPI JEDEC JESD251 Standard
- OctaFlashTM highest read throughput and low latency are excellent for high performance code execution, fastest code boot and to implement rich and smooth advanced graphics HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces)

- MX35 Serial NAND Flash family is a cost effective storage solution for 1 Gb to 8 Gb density. Serial NAND that can be connected to the host Quad-SPI interface and operates up to 104 MHz
- Macronix Serial NAND are internally produced and based on advanced SLC NAND technology node that can guarantee product longevity
- MX35 Serial NAND has been designed to minimize as much as possible the differences with Serial NOR Flash. For example:
- Serial NAND products have an internal ECC controller to manage the underlying NAND media errors
- A Bad Block address remap feature is also provider to make easier the handling of Bad Blocks that are inherent to the underlying NAND technology. The devices are therefore delivered with zero Bad Blocks
- Data can be read continuously through the entire memory with one single command (no page boundary)
- MX35 is available in 3 V and 1.8 V versions and in a small 6x8mm WSON package
- MX35 Serial NAND is also available for Automotive AECQ-100 Grade-2 applications
- MX30 SLC NAND products are available in 1.8 V and 3 V versions and with capacity from 1 Gb to 8 Gb
- SLC NAND products, also known as “Parallel NAND”, must be connected to the legacy parallel asynchronous memory interface when available
- MX30 Serial NAND is produced in Macronix’s factories and offered with long term availability

- MX52 eMMC is internally developed, integrating the internally produced NAND to offer the product longevity
- MX52 eMMCTM offering starts on the low density range 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB
- The operating voltage is 2.7 V-3.6 V and the I/Os are dual range, 2.7 V-3.6 V and 1.7/1.95 V
