このデバイスは、ハーフブリッジ･トポロジで2つのMOSFETを組み合わせています。ACEPACK SMITは、組み立てやすい表面実装型パッケージですので、超小型で堅牢なパワー･モジュールに最適です。ACEPACK SMITパッケージは、ダイレクト･ボンド･カッパー（DBC）基板により、断熱された上面サーマル･パッドと組み合わせて低い熱抵抗を実現します。また、このパッケージは柔軟な設計が可能なため、内蔵パワー･スイッチを色々組み合わせてフェーズ･レッグ、ブースト、シングル･スイッチを含む複数の構成を実現できます。
