描述

VIPERGAN65是一款高压转换器,适用于中等功率准谐振ZVS(开关开启时零电压开关)反激转换器,可在宽输入范围内提供高达65 W的输出功率。

该器件集成了一套完整的功能,具备极高的灵活性和易用性,有助于设计高效的离线电源。ZVS准谐振操作模式结合动态消隐时间和波谷同步功能,确保电源开关始终在漏极谐振波谷处开启,显著降低开关损耗,并在任何输入线路和负载条件下最大限度提高整体效率。先进的低静态功耗电源管理有助于实现低待机功耗。前馈补偿可最大程度地减小整个输入电压范围内的最大输出峰值功率变化。

除上述功能外,该器件还具有多项保护功能,可显著提高最终产品的安全性和可靠性。具体包括:输出过压保护 (OVP)、过载保护 (OLP)、过压/欠压保护(用于设置转换器的开关输入电压阈值)以及输入过压保护(iOVP,在输入线路出现过压异常时保护系统)。所有保护功能均采用自动重启模式。
