描述

A6983是一款易于使用的同步单片式降压稳压器，能够向负载提供高达3 A的直流电。宽输入电压范围使该器件适用于广泛的应用领域。A6983基于峰值电流模式架构，采用QFN16 (3 x 3 mm) 封装且支持内部补偿功能，从而能够将设计的复杂性和产品尺寸降至最低。“低功耗模式”(LCM) 专为车辆驻车期间需持续工作的应用设计，可在输出电压纹波受控的轻载条件下实现最高效率。“低噪声模式”(LNM) 通过恒定开关频率和最小化过载电流范围内的输出电压纹波，满足车载音响等低噪声应用的需求。A6983支持200 kHz至2.3 MHz可调开关频率，可选展频功能可有效提升电磁兼容性 (EMC)。

EN引脚提供使能/禁止功能。禁止时典型关断电流为2 µA。当EN引脚上拉时，器件启用并会执行时长为1.3 ms的内部软启动。A6983采用“电源正常”的开路集电极，以监测FB电压。两个功率元件上的逐脉冲电流检测实现了有效的恒定电流保护，配合热关断机制防止热耗散。
