描述

A6983I是专为隔离式降压拓扑设计的器件。能够精确调节初级输出电压,而隔离的次级输出电压则通过给定的变压比生成。无需光耦合器。初级侧的受电能力可达-4.5 A(即使在软启动期间),支持向次级侧进行适当的能量传递,并实现次级输出的可跟踪软启动。控制回路基于峰值电流模式架构,器件在强制PWM模式下工作。390 ns的消隐时间能够有效滤除由变压器漏感引起的振荡,使解决方案更加稳定可靠。

A6983I采用紧凑型QFN-16 (3x3 mm) 封装,带内部补偿功能,从而将设计复杂性和尺寸降至最低。

开关频率可在200 kHz至1 MHz范围内编程,同时能够以可选扩展频谱来改善EMC。

EN引脚提供使能/禁止功能。禁止时典型关断电流为2 µA。当EN引脚上拉时,器件启用并会执行时长为1.3 ms的内部软启动。A6983I采用“电源正常”的开路集电极,以监测FB电压。两个功率元件上的逐脉冲电流检测能够实现有效的恒定电流保护和热关断,从而防止出现热耗散。
