描述

MASTERGAN5是一款先进的系统级功率封装，在半桥配置中集成了栅极驱动器和两个增强型GaN功率晶体管。集成式功率GaN具有650 V漏极-源极阻断电压，以及450mΩ的导通电阻RDS(ON)，而嵌入式栅极驱动器的高边可以由集成的自举二极管轻松供电。

MASTERGAN5在上下管部分均具有UVLO保护，可防止电源开关在低效率或危险条件下运行，并且互锁功能可避免交叉传导情况。

输入引脚的扩展范围可与微控制器、DSP单元或霍尔效应传感器轻松连接。

MASTERGAN5的工作温度范围为-40°C至125°C。
