Supporting the latest protocols (Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.4, IEEE 802.15.4 communication protocols, Zigbee®, Thread, and Matter), the STM32WBA64/65 line offers designers flexibility while ensuring enhanced security. Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.4 audio streaming is also supported, enabling Auracast™ broadcast technology and new audio experiences.
The line offers up to 100 MHz of CPU, up to 2 Mbytes of flash memory and up to 512 Kbytes of RAM and comes in 4 packages: 48-pin and 68-pin UFQFPN, 88-pin WLCSP, and 121-pin UFBGA.
