描述

ST25R100多用途NFC收发器以小巧的4x4 mm封装提供高端性能,为各种终端应用带来非接触式交互的便利性和丰富的功能。这款产品针对消费和工业领域的终端产品进行了专门优化。

ST25R100支持NFC读卡器/写卡器模式。高输出功率确保了它能轻松集成到带有小型天线的应用中。该读卡器具有出色的读取范围,并且配有改进的低功耗卡检测 (LPCD) 功能,可在感应唤醒模式下增大检测范围。在这种低功耗唤醒模式下,系统能够检测标签的接近或移除。IC中包含RC振荡器和可编程定时器,可在唤醒模式下自动扫描卡片或其他支持NFC功能的设备,如智能手表或手机。

得益于意法半导体的噪声抑制接收器 (NSR) 技术,ST25R100拥有超高的灵敏度,即使在嘈杂环境下也能成功读取。

此IC包括高级模拟前端 (AFE) 和高度集成的数据成帧系统,可用于根据NFC-A/B (ISO 14443A/B) 和NFC-V (ISO 15693) 标准进行读卡。AFE的透传模式可用于在读卡器模式下实现其他自定义协议。

ST25R100采用小巧的4x4 mm 24引脚TQFN封装,支持在小型设备中轻松集成NFC技术。

ST25R100的运行条件如下:宽电源电压范围(2.7 V至5.5 V)、宽外设IO电压范围(2.7 V至5.5 V)和宽环境温度范围(-25 °C至+85 °C)。
