描述
ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC设备为NFC RFID标签，分别提供4 Kbit、16 Kbit和64 Kbit的电可擦除可编程存储器(EEPROM)。ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC提供两个接口。第一个为I2C串行链路，可通过直流电源操作。第二个为RF链路，当ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC作为非接触式存储器时激活，该存储器通过接收到的电磁波载波供电。
在I2C模式中，ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC用户存储器分别最多包含512字节、2048字节、8192字节，可分为4个灵活的受保护区域。
在RF模式中，根据ISO/IEC 15693或NFC forum type 5的建议，ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC用户存储器分别最多包含128个、512个和2048个4字节数据块，可分为4个灵活的受保护区域。
得益于256位易失性缓冲区（也称为信箱），ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC支持RF和接触世界之间的快速传输模式。此外，ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC的GPO引脚提供了数据，以便向接触世界通知传入事件，如RF场检测、正在进行的RF活动或信箱信息可用性。当外部条件允许时，还支持能量捕获功能。
所有相关器件（ST25DV04KC、ST25DV16KC和ST25DV64KC）以下简称为ST25DVxxKC。
