L49シリーズは、BCD4テクノロジーを採用し、5Vで最大500mAの負荷電流容量を持つLDO電圧レギュレータです。400mV / 500mVのきわめて低いドロップアウト電圧ときわめて少ない暗電流を特徴とした製品です。短絡保護と過熱保護のほか、リセット、ウォッチドッグ、イネーブル･ピンなどの補助機能を搭載しており、車載アプリケーションのマイクロプロセッサ･システムへの電源供給に適しています。
BCD5テクノロジーを採用したL5シリーズは、電源ライン障害とノイズ除去に対する厳しい要件に対応できるように設計され、幅広い温度範囲、および電源ラインと負荷の変動に対して優れた精度を維持します。入力電圧をモニタし、内部ボルテージ･リファレンスと比較する早期警告回路も備えています。
BCD9テクノロジーを採用したL99VR0シリーズは、8本の固定出力電圧と設定可能な出力電圧を備えています。出力電圧は、0.8V～5Vの範囲で設定可能で、最大500mAの負荷電流を供給します。また、定電圧化済みの電圧、またはバッテリに直接接続して動作することができ、イネーブル、リセット、自律型ウォッチドッグ、高度な過熱警告機能、出力の高速放電および短絡電流制御の機能を備えた製品も含まれています。
L99VR0シリーズは、ボディ･モジュール、ジャンクション･ボックス、計器盤、サン･ルーフ、ドア･モジュール、キーレス･エントリ、センサなどの電源用として、あらゆる車載アプリケーションに適しています。
Dual linear regulator for automotive applications
The L99VR02XP is a low dropout dual linear regulator designed for automotive applications, packaged in a standard PowerSSO-36.
This LDO delivers an output current up to 2 x 250 mA and consumes a quiescent current as low as 1 μA per each output when the regulator is disabled. With an input tolerant up to 40 V to withstand load dumps and an operating input voltage range between 2.15 V and 28 V, the L99VR02XP ensures high output voltage accuracy (±2%) over a wide temperature range, line, and load variations.
Due to its robustness, energy efficiency, and versatility in output configurations, the L99VR02XP is ideal for automotive applications like MCU supply, battery-powered instruments, and sensor supply.
